Sarah and I both wore stripes to work. Again. At first I was like ‘Okay, you totally look up to me and want to wear stripes to be like me.’ but now, I think she’s just doing it to hurt my feelings. I’ve also been flipping through some serious fashion magazines lately and I think many designers are stealing my thunder. Please stop.

In honor of the closing of the completely adorable Seedlings, Sprouts and Spores show that’s been keeping us company in the Spotlight Gallery for the past few weeks, we thought we’d post this goofball picture made using on one of My Paper Crane’s awesome toast plushes (which is still available in the shop! Along with this one online!). It’s been a busy bunch of days around here– with the Austin fair, taking down that My Paper Crane show and doing prep to transform the Spotlight Gallery into a hunting lodge for the next show (no, really– A hunting lodge. You won’t wanna miss it), we might be a little slappy-happy these days. (Hence the photo.) But seriously, stay tuned– there’s lots of exciting stuff is to come in the next few days. We can’t wait to show you!

Boisterous pandemonium is sure to erupt when Austin’s Minor Mishap Marching Band makes their way through the Fair + only the best in independent music will be on blast with DJs from KVRX on hand! Also be sure to catch a set by Americana folkster’s Shotgun Party!
